TaskPrompt for Windows

TaskPrompt is a task reminder utility allowing you to add tasks and categorize them. You can set the task's occurrence to a range of timeframes, such as Immediate, To-do, Minutes, Hourly, Hours, Daily, Days, Weekly, Weeks, Monthly, Months, Yearly, Years or Scheduled according to when the task should re-occur.

Tasks that have a date and time set to Minutes, Hourly, Hours, Daily, Days, Weekly, Weeks, Monthly, Months, Yearly, Years or Scheduled will prompt you with a pop-up scroll window above your system time on the Taskbar to notify you that the task needs immediate attention.

You can use the To-do function to add tasks to a task category for all those things that you need to do or review at a later date and time. This list can then be printed or viewed. The program is fairly easy to use and gives you instant access to a wide range of tools for managing your time better.
